Yoplait Splitz Prize Pack ~ Review & Giveaway

I was given the opportunity to review a Yoplait Splitz Prize Pack through MyBlogSpark and was excited to check it out. The prize pack included a coupon for a free sample of new Yoplait Splitz* as well as an insulated carry tote and a roll up fleece picnic blanket.


The roll up fleece picnic blanket is really cool and will be kept in our car for those many times when we go somewhere and wish we had something to sit on in the grass (whether at the park, a sporting event, etc.). The insulated carry tote is awesome and will definitely get used for trips to the beach, the park, etc. That coupon for a free sample of the new Yoplait Splitz got used right away. When I heard about Yoplait Splitz, I immediately thought it sounded like something my family would love. Four out of five of my family members are big fans of yogurt, so I wasn't sure how my middle son would feel about the Splitz, but to my surprise, he loved it!

Now, what do I love about Yoplait Splitz? Well, let me tell ya. First of all it comes in 3 flavors that all sound great to me. The 3 flavor combinations are Strawberry Sundae, Strawberry Banana Split and Rainbow Sherbet. We tried the Rainbow Sherbet and it is sooo good. Also, they can be frozen and enjoyed as a frozen yogurt treat. Now that is what sold my middle son on the yogurt and that's enough right there to make me a fan. Oh, but did I mention that one serving is only 90 calories and 1 gram of fat? That makes it a guilt-free indulgence for me!

I definitely see more Yoplait Splitz occupying our freezer very soon. In fact, I think I might go get one right now...
