If Money Were No Object #4...

Oh, how I love cutesy tops. Bebe has some of the cutest clothes and usually outrageous prices, so therefore I don't own any. However, I like to look at all of their stuff anyway and get ideas of designs I can look for that are less expensive options. Isn't this shirt just the cutest?! Dreaming, dreaming, dreaming...
