BTS Event - Back to School Lunch Boxes from EasyLunchboxes ~ Review & Giveaway

Well, it's almost back to school time and one of the things you're probably considering is what kind of lunch box to get for your kiddos. Or, maybe you're looking for a new lunchbox for yourself or your spouse as well. I found some really great bento lunch boxes from EasyLunchboxes.com and I think you're really going to like what I found!

Here's some info about these great bento lunch boxes from a mom and CEO of EasyLunchboxes, Kelly Lester...

Mornings spent in chaos making breakfast, beds, & lunch boxes?
The EasyLunchbox system makes it simple to organize, and quickly pack healthy lunches without wasting money, time, paper or plastic.

Born out of my response to unhealthy school lunch programs, EasyLunchboxes.com started from the desire to send my 3 kids to school with a nutritious meal, using little to no wasteful packaging. But the EasyLunchbox System is not just for kids. Adult size meals fit perfectly too.

The EasyLunchbox System 's design, functionality, and low price has quickly made it a top choice among green lunch box solutions since it came on the market in December, 2009. Named a 'top 5 Eco-Friendly Mommy Must Have" by Parents Ask, the EasyLunchbox System has been rated TOP CHOICE by many independent reviewers. Read their reviews HERE .

I was like other frustrated moms - I didn't like throwing together lunches during the morning rush. So much time was wasted sorting through a cabinet of mismatched food containers while trying to pack 15-25 well-balanced lunches per week. I struggled to find something that would help me pack lunches fast, without resorting to the ‘convenience’ of expensive, pre-packaged ‘fast-food.’ Most importantly, I wanted something attractive, eco-friendly, and made of food-safe materials that I didn’t have to wash by hand.

My clever solution to the lunch-packing chore is the simple two piece EasyLunchbox container: The bottom has three compartments to hold an entree or sandwich and two side dishes. The fitted lid (which comes in 4 colors) covers all three compartments at once. No more squished sandwiches, mismatched plastic container pieces to keep track of (matching up all those bottoms and lids was the thing that drove me nuts!) or wasteful baggies. Fits perfectly inside the roomy EasyLunchbox custom carrying bag. And there is still plenty of room to throw in an extra snack or two, whole fruit, perhaps a thermos of soup, drink and ice block. Flexibility is key, and since so many different things can fit, no matter what menu you choose to include, it packs easily and quickly. It's amazing how much faster, greener, & easier lunch box packing is with the EasyLunchbox system.

Supporting the waste-free lunch movement, EasyLunchboxes.com offers a reusable, superior solution at a much lower price than other companies.
Great for large families and those on a limited budget.
FDA approved. No BPA, phthalates, lead, vinyl, or PVC. Safe for dishwasher, freezer, and microwave.

The simple chic design and bright colors of our Cooler Bags can even be customized!
We have included a sturdy grommet in the carrying handle so you can easily attach a pretty key ring, dietary restrictions warning tag, or your choice of any type of handcrafted or store bought “flair.”
Our Cooler Bags are made of the highest quality 300D Polyester for premium durability and toughness. Vinyl free (PVC free) & lead free, with an FDA compliant PEVA lining.

Now, let me tell you what our family thinks of these great lunch boxes. First of all, I chose the black cooler bag with my husband in mind. He especially likes to take lunch to school (he's the technology director of a school system) and I knew he'd probably like the black the best. I was also sent a 4 pack of the containers. The really cool thing about that is that we can pack him 2 containers full of food if he's going to be having an especially long work day (like the 10-12 hour days he's been having this month while getting all the computers and everything ready for the students to come back). Each container has 3 compartments which makes it perfect for a sandwich, cottage cheese and a fruit, or whatever sounds good for lunch. Plus, there's plenty of room in the bag for an ice pack and a drink or even two! This system is perfect for what he needs and therefore would be perfect for the needs of the boys for school too! I love that they keep the food separated (I'm totally weird about food touching) and that the whole system of 1 cooler bag and 4 containers is under $22.00! Another thing that I absolutely love about these containers is that they are diswasher and microwave safe. No more mutated plastic containers and lids that won't snap together anymore. How great is that?

Not only does EasyLunchboxes.com offer this great lunch box system, but they have great lunch ideas on their website too! So, if you're feeling in a rut as far as what to pack for lunches, check out their ideas! Mmmmm, and just look at some of these pictures below for inspiration...

I am very impressed with the EasyLunchbox system. It's a fairly simple idea that makes making and packing lunches more simple too. Now, if you're anything like me, anything that takes some of the stress out of the school week is a welcomed thing and I think EasyLunchboxes does exactly that!

So, are you thinking that your children, yourself or your spouse could really use one of these great lunch systems? Well, here's your chance to get one for free! Kelly has generously offered to give one of my readers a container set and one cooler bag in your choice of color! What are you waiting for? See below for how to gain entries!!!

That is just what I have been looking for. My hubby hates all the separate containers he has to have every day for his lunch.
