HGG Event - Magic Cabin ~ Review & Giveaway

I've now done reviews for several companies that are all from a family of companies (Plow & Hearth, Wind & Weather and HearthSong) and here I am with a review from yet another one of their companies, Magic Cabin!

Magic Cabin is a company that provides great toys for kids that encourage imagination and fun without being electronic. In fact, they say on their website that you will not find the words "batteries not included" in their catalog because none of their toys require batteries! All they require is your child's imagination! In a world so bombarded by technology, this is kind of a nice "back to basics" idea that I appreciate.

I chose their Twizzler to review. I thought it would be the perfect gift you could get for a child for Christmas that they would look forward to using in the spring (if you live in a cold, snowy place like we do). Kids tend to get so much at Christmas, but the excitement wears off after a couple of weeks. This would be something that they could get excited about all over again when you bust it out when the weather breaks! Here's what they say about the Twizzler...Kids figure out right away how to enjoy this fun plaything, and once they start twisting and twirling, they don't want to stop! Suspend the Twizzler's weather-resistant rope and bar from a tree limb or other sturdy support. Grab on with both hands, push off, and get ready to spin and soar. The Twizzler safely supports kids (and young-at-heart adults) up to 225 pounds.

I love that "young-at-heart adults" part because I'm always up for swinging, going down slides, etc. with my kids. Hey, it's fun and the kids think it's great that I'll still do those kinds of things with them. I also love that all 3 of my boys can enjoy it!

Magic Cabin has several toys that I would love to bring to our home. Here are a few of my favorites...

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Magic Cabin and I think they would be a great place to get some awesome and unique gifts for the kids on your Christmas list this year!

One of my lucky readers is going to win a Twizzler like the one I received, simply because the folks over at Magic Cabin are so darn nice and generous! If you would like to win one of these great toys, see below for how to gain entries.
