Lazy Lotus Review & Giveaway

One of my favorite accessories over the past couple of years is scarves, especially infinity scarves. They are just such an easy go-to when it comes to putting some color and interest into an outfit. You can wear them in any season and instantly look pulled together. When I found Lazy Lotus on Etsy, I saw so many infinity scarves that I wanted, I knew I had to contact Jenna (the shop owner and creater of these gorgeous infinity scarves) and see if it would be possible to feature her shop and beautiful creations. She said yes! Not only did she say yes, but she gave me the pleasure of choosing any scarf to review. I was instantly drawn to a cute little floral number and knew it was the one I had to have. The name of the scarf I chose is Tropic Garden. It even just sounds lovely, but look at how cute it is!
I adore the colors and I think the pattern will be perfect for spring, summer and fall! I'm seriously loving it. I often wonder why it is that shop owners decide to make and sell the things they do, and I was excited to find that Jenna shared exactly that information with me in a note included in the package with my scarf. I would like to share that with you as well, because I enjoy the personal aspect behind things and I hope you do too! Here is what that note had to say..."Believe it or not, Lazy Lotus was inspired by one of those big, high tech office buildings in San Francisco's Financial District. Well, not inspired by the building, but more by the fashion found within it. As a 28-year-old systems analyst, Jenna Henry-Wagner was knee deep in spreadsheets and longing for a creative outlet that wouldn't require her to quit her day job. Building on her passion for work-appropriate accessories, she took up infinity scarf design and opened up the Lazy Lotus store on Etsy. Designed to add a little pop to any outfit, her scarves feature seasonal patterns inspired by the vibrant ambiance of her hometown of Oakland, California." Isn't that cool? I love that while she works a serious job during the day, she uses her creative passions and talent to create something she loves in her off-time. She has such a great eye for colors and patterns too. I mean, it was VERY hard to choose a scarf because there are SO MANY I would love to have. Below are a few of my favorites, and only a few because I had to limit myself.
Aren't they great? You HAVE TO go to her shop and look at all that she has to offer because there are a ton to choose from! While you're there, find your favorite and come back here and tell me what it is in the rafflecopter form below to get an entry in to win this awesome Chevron Dreams scarf!
Also, be sure to heart her Esty shop! She has an instagram ID too (lazylotusdesigns) that you can follow! a Rafflecopter giveaway Disclosure: I was given the mentioned item for review purposes and was not compensated in any other way.
